eed for secrecy haunts Jewish family The Diary of Anne Frank is the story of a young Jewish girl hiding with her family. Later, they are joined by a family well known to her father. The story took place during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. After struggling for two and a half years to keep their whereabouts unknown, the play ends as they are discov- ered and taken to concentration camps.
