Enthustasm chsplayed durmg Color Week One of the highlights of the tall sports season came with the celebration of Color Week. The hidden spirit in NPHS was renewed as a result of encouragement from the Student Council, as they organized a poster party. Students from all three classes enthusiastically prepared decorations for the three floors. At the traditional Powder Putt football game, once again the seniors domi- nated with victories over the juniors and sopho- mores. Students hunted all over town for two weeks collecting boxes for the annual bonfire, which took place after the girls' game. Color day itself was evi- dent in the halls and clas- rooms .as faculty and stud- dents decked themselves out in blue and gold. Although the night was cold and windy, the spirit was still around during the car caravan and Home- coming bout. UPPER: Sophomores spray paint this sign for the decoration of third floor dur- ing the poster party. LOWER: Juniors Annette Roth, Jackie Journey, Pam Jung, Angie Greco and Rita Suedmeier carefully decorate the halls of second floor during Color Week. Std ILT 13
