MR. OAKES is busily looking over the schedule for some oncoming events. MR. OAKES, conductor of the NPHS Special, has given much time and effort to improving the city school sys- tem, He supervises oll school employees, sees that school buildings and grounds are properly maintained, suggests needed changes, and gives advice to teachers and students when needed. His responsibilities are fully and ambitiously car- ried out. Although he is extremely busy, he welcomes everyone to visit his office to discuss any problems con- cerning school.
