Mr. Oakes is helping esTablish a program which requesTs all sTudenTs oT The NorTh PlaTTe schools To have a Tuberculosis TesT. l-le has inTroduced a sysTem oT sTandard- ized TesTs Tor mosT classes in order To de- Termine Teaching progress. Principal Oakes is also a member oT The delegaTe assembly, The legislaTive body oT The Nebraska STaTe EducaTion AssociaTion.
