R. cabinet. Bette Adams is the only junior in the G. A. A. cabinet. At the district 'dramatic contest Georgena Toole won a superior rating. She takes part in almost all of the dramatic pro- ductions. The crowning event of the year will be the junior-senior prom which is to be held May 22 in the Crystal ball room at the Pawnee hotel. Chairman of the program committee is Albert Taylor. Virginia Carr, with the assistance of Riley Howard will take care of the dec- orations. lt is Ella Baker's job to see that everyone gets an invitation. This class is going successfully through their junior year under the sponsorship of Miss Gladys McCormick, chairman, Miss Mable VValters, Miss Mary Barnett, Miss Helen Owen, Miss Marie Schaab, and Mrs. Veryl Cameron.

Spel-lzvn. 24 To start the year in the right way the juniors selected, by popular vote, the students they wished to lead them. They chose Albert Taylor, president, and Vir- ginia Carr, vice-president. Ella Baker cor- nered the job of seCretary-treasurer, and Riley Howard won the post Of sergeant- at-arms. The juniors donated S550 to the projector fund from a balance of 379.98 left from last Year. The first big activity sponsored by the junior class was the all-school play, Seven Keys to Baldpatef' From the profits of this play the juniors were able to add 2549.14 to their treasury. Juniors hold prominent places in all the school activities. Virginia Carr, as vice- president, and Riley Howard do a fine job on the student council.
