Through her kind, dignified, and understanding associations with those about her Dr. Edna was much beloved. Her personality, friendship, and ready tolerance inspired confidence in all with whom she came in contact. In the details of her work she was a vigorous perfectionist striving always to hold her students to that same high standard.
