Members of the senior class make nominations and then the faculty makes the final choice. This extreme honor is bestowed upon Nancy Shultz, honoring her for her scholarship, leadership, and service to N.M.B.

Our voca- Williams Creates New Atmosphere tional and educational programs have grown rapidly and steadily since September and students appear to be enioying school much more. Credit for a lot of this goes to our new administ- ration and especially to our new principal, Mr. George L. Williams. Mr. Williams has served as a cornerstone in the building of a firm learning foundation here at N.M.B.H.S. and his inspired endeavors to mold this school into the solid oneness of teachers and students that it should be have thus far been achieved. All in all, in his first year as a Chief, George L. Williams has made an impressionable showing as principal of North Myrtle Beach High. 9
