Snowden, L. Casbarro, P. Forman, P. Civinette Members Combine Efforts for Worthwhile Projects Civinettes, the sister club of jr. Civitan, under the guidance of Miss Veling, combine their efforts in many Worthwhile projects. The decoration of the goal posts at football games and the mainte- nance of our Senior Pond are some of the services rendered by the club to the school. They take part in the annual sale of Claxton Fruit Cake and sell green and grayv shakers which are displayed at our football games. In conjunction with their ef- forts to serve the school, Civinettes provide an annual Teachers Tea. The most important requirements for joining are good citizenship, character, a 2.8 scholastic average, a 3.0 citizenship average, and a desire to serve the school and community. v 68 Diane Wiiif, Doris Warren, and Linda Keller are seen washing out the Senior Pond. This is one of Civinettes many projects.

' in Forensic Follies The primary purpose of Honoria is to promote scholarship, leadership, character, citizenship, and a sense of civic responsibility in high school irls. g The activities of Honoria include visiting the Old Folks Home, Science banquet place cards, Spirit Dolls, Cerebral Palsy Telethon, Singing Valentines, Interclub Picnic, and selling North Miami Pennants. The requirements for membership in Honoria are having a 3.0 average, good standing with teachers and fellow students, and , good citizen- ship. Originating in 1954, their colors are blue and white, and they uphold the motto, still higher - ever upwardf, Ann Marie Leonard, Carol Kaylor and Linda Manslcer participate in the Forensic Follies skit.
