The Academic Curriculum, being the most important component of the school organization, has undergone the greatest improvement ' in the past ten years. Ten years ago our classrooms were limited to three wings, for the seventh through ninth-graders. These students thought their school was adequate, but the real growth was yet to come. Two additional wings devoted to science and vocational shops were added. Our science department can now boast of advanced courses in all phases of science, from physical science to chemistry and physics. Our extensive vocational shops are equipped with over S300,000 in machinery. Our progress has not been in these fields alone, our science department, much like our mathematics department, has advanced courses for interested students. If a student started taking all the courses offered at our high school it would take him approximately 27 years to complete our curriculum. Our progress in the past ten years has been measured by our academic process. Improvement must accompany growth for progress. X
