E. ,Rice has made North Miami High a very successful school in the three years that he has been principal. He has guided our school in its steady growth and administered to its many needs. Coupled with his ready wit and friendly smile, Mr. Rice has not only been an administrator, but also a friend to the faculty and student body alike. For this he is admired and respected. Days filled with a multitude of tasks is the lot of Mrs. Myra Seward, Dean of Girls. Administering firm and friendly guidance, intimate counsel- ing, and service to others makes up only a part of her busy day. Dean Seward faces tasks with in- spired eagerness, and melts away the deepest problem with understanding sympathy or fair discipline. In her office, Dean Seward cares for absentees, considers requests from students, and listens to complaints or suggestions from parents. She does this with the skill and knowledge ac- quired over the years in the educa- tion profession. . .
