Varsity Squad H Last year Coach Auer's swimming squads both took second place at the State Meet at Gainesville, and Richard Abrahams, Ray VVeeks and Patty Scanlan received All-City honors. This year's boy's squad looks just as promising with such members as Richard Abrahams, Ray Weeks, Al LaMontagne, and Sam Fields. They are hoping to repeat and better last year's per- formance. Since most of the team gradu- ated last year, this year's squad will have to be built up in number. Bill Pugh and Mary Vkiynn hold the diving talents and should do very well this year. Riclzarcl Abraham has received All-City lzonors from both the Herald and News. He swims the butterfly and freestyle Sprints.
