M.M.A. Crumbles Under Pioneer Offensive Push North Miarni's Bogartmen, using reserves by the numbers, literally ran Miami Military Academy into the ground as they collected a 44 to 0 score. Contributing to the Pioneer romp was the ex- cellent performance of senior fullback, Bob Phe- bus. Phebus was the workhorse for the backfield all night, punching over tackle 'continually for numerous gains. His 55-yard touchdown sprint sent the crowds wild and spurred the squad for a bigger romp. The fourth quarter showed the crowd North Miamils bench strength. Almost every Pioneer saw action and still the Kaydets remained scoreless. Pioneers Ride Herd on the Thoroughbreds North Miamiis redheaded fullback, jerry Ander- son, gave a large Homecoming crowd a preview of next year,s offensive as he plunged for two touchdowns and another victory against rival Hia- leah. Senior lim Muthart ran behind his tackles Ron Macchiarollo and Roy Hartley many times for big yardage in the first eighty-drive. Anderson followed with the score from the two. Randy Wilkinson booted the conversion. For the next two quarters both teams held tight, but the Thoroughbreds, made the first mistake, which resulted in another Anderson score, now 13 to 0.
