mga Students enjoy pleasurable moments on the patio dedicated to the memory of friend and former principal, Paul A. Davison. Do we really have to learn all the parts of the body'P wonder tenth graders. A watch ticks. The sun rises and sets. The moon passes through its phases. The months are ripped off a calendar until a year is complete. So man measures time in days, months, years, decades, and cen- turies. In the span of time, we pass from elementary to junior and then to senior high school, September turns to june and then the school years are gone, fads start and end, and magic moments come and go. Nothing, say our scientists and histori- ans, lasts forever. But what about those magic moments, those fads, and those years We spent in high school. Are they gone, forgotten, and lostP Nol An hour spent in class may be only as long as it takes the grains of sand to pass through an hourglass, but the days spent in school will return to us Whenever some question asked in the present relates to knowledge acquired in the past. The fads are remembered when We glance at an Old photograph album and the magic mements are there in the back of our minds to be called forth to enjoy again and again dur- ing the remainder of our lives. The Cinderella of the World of make-be- lieve supposedly lost her ballroom finery when the clock struck twelve. But we need not fear the loss of even one moment for treasured in our hearts and minds ayeithe memories of the finery that dressed our high school years. ' ' 'W' 'f' 9 .Ti 'T 'T1FfkT'mw1w.....n-
