These aspiring medi- cal workers raise money through bake sales, dances and candy sales. A result of their many worthwhile projects has been a fund for optical and dental aid for underprivileged students at North Miami Senior High. Members teach several times during the year at Biscayne Gardens Elementary School, and they honor teachers on Teacheris Appreciation Day. Their main goals are to attract young people to the teaching profession, aid co-operation be- tween institutions of higher learning and teachers, and to train students in the teaching profession so that they will know what they can look for- ward to in the future.
