To join, requirements are rigid and a 3.0 average is needed. With Guide on Godl' as their motto, Honor Garde, under the direction of Coach Swettman, is one of South Florida's leading precision drill teams. As fund raising projects, the girls sponsored Honor Garde Tag Day, sold candy, had a rummage sale, and the annual Moonlight Cruise. The crowds cheer when Honor Garde performs. 110

At try-outs, in the spring, prospective girls are judged on numerous qualities, such as pep, per- sonality, voice, jumps, grades and co-ordination.
