Girls' Intramurals Get Under Way Archers Pat Murray, Carol Chamberlain, Marcia Smith, and Springtime Finds the Intramural Girls engaged in a Jo Mendicino make like William Tell and try to shoot the lively game of baseball. apple off Freddy Lewisis head. Girls' Intramurals formerly known as C-f.A.A. began this year with a little diffi- culty due to the newly introduced tri-shift system. Practices were held at the end of each shift with the best girls from each practice session picked for the tournament teams. Any sports minded girl can find her place in G-,I. due to the wide range of sports that it encompasses. Some of the sports are volley ball, softball, basketball, archery, deck tennis and badminton. i In the fall of the year these girls worked hard in developing their volleyball skills in order that they might play in the county-wide tournament. 166
