Quill 8 Scrollers Excel in Journalism After formal initiation, new members let their hair down and enjoy themselves. Quill and Scroll, national honorary society for high school journalists got under way this year under the di- rection of Mr. Carl Niles. Members are chosen on the basis of scholarship, leadership, citizenship, journalistic efforts, and recom- mendation by the advisor. New members must be ap- proved by the national secretary.
