Overton Anne Robertson Advisor Sweetheart Hi-Y, one of North Miarni's most rapidly growing clubs, has increased from 8 to 34 active members. To put in practice their float theme, Peace in the World Through Brotherhood, the boys took part in the foreign student fund and carnival. Other projects and activities include: their get out and voten campaign for all civic elections, par- ticipation in the lVorld Service Candy Sale, the money from which goes to needy children throughout the worldg and week-end camping trips, for which Hi-Y boys act as counselors. Beautifies Walk Besides farming experience, Future Farmers of America offers its members a chance to learn to live together as citizens in a community. The boys spend two class periods a day on the farm, Where they Work on individual projects in the fields of livestock, poultry, crops and landscaping. Seniors can thank FFA for their work in beautifying the senior Walk. In the latter part of the year, the club sponsors a dinner for members and parents.
