Retarded Children are Sandy Smith, Francis Flood, Linda Sorrota, in its fourth year of service to North Miami, is sponsored by Soroptimist VVoman's Club, who present an award each year to the rnost outstanding Sorrota rnernber. This year 36 more girls joined the ranks of the red and white, bringing the total member- ship up to 48. Sorrota sponsors a toy drive for mentally retarded children, a clothes drive, a bake sale, a dance after a basketball game, and the talent show at the foreign exchange carnival. School sponsored by Miss Marie Mastro- paolo, Sorrota strives for service to school, church and community. 4' My Ankrom, Pat Wurzberger and Marie Alexander. Fourth Year Sue Milone and Sue Dickenson touch Sub Deb Hdreamboatu Dennis YVillis for a contribution to the American Cancer Society fund. Q S. On a typical meeting night, the girls settle down to seriousness before Carol Buller, chaplain, opens the meeting with devotions. The smallest club, Sub Debs requires a 3.0 average for all members.
