This year Y-Teens tapped new members and held a candlelight initiation ceremony. The membership of Y-Teens has groxm so that it beats all past school membership records. Among their many Hfirstsl' for the year may be added the wearing of the blue shirt-waist dresses which the girls made. Dresses are to be worn on the days of the meeting. h' ? Dear International Neighbor write Sharen Arent, Judy MacFarlane, Peggy Segalbaum, and Leilani Paisley. The letters are sent with the gift boxes. Red Cross Symbolizes Help Carrying soap, pins, marbles, and pencils, students responded to the request of the Jr. Red Cross during their annual 'ihelpv project. The Red Cross Representatives serve as chairmen in their homerooms during the Red Cross Member- ship Drive and the Filling of gift boxes. The aim of the members is to stress the importance of brotherhood and to make others less fortunate, happier on special occasions.
