Varied Activities Keep Spirit High 1lJoyce Hunter watches the scenery while riding the bus to Asheville for a football game. 2iln an auto mechanics class, Billy Casey and Derrick Davis puzzle over a motor try- ing to find the gremlin in it. 3lLunch finished, bell about to ring, Linda Sherrill leaves the cafeteria, headed for her next class. 4iSeniors could hardly wait for proofs of their annual pictures to be returned. Student Life 1lDuring the first few days of school, Don- nell Crowder acts as drum major at the football games. 2lWith the score 0-0, the bench is con- cerned about North's completing a play and getting on the scoreboard. 3lln child care class, Cathy Barringer eats a snack along with her friend, Daphne Waldrop, who eyes her cake suspiciously. 4lAlthough Liz Cavin's arm was broken in a wreck, she works right along with the cheerleaders.
