Each of the three French classes is organized into a club called Le Cercle Francais. The club meetings are set by election and the programs combine education and entertainment in the French theme. Always one of the outstanding events of the school year is the banquet, held this year on April fifteenth, with Poisson d'Avril or 'fApril Fool as the theme. For the first time, a French Festival was held this year at Little Flock High School with representatives from eleven high schools and colleges attending. North Little Rocks part on the program was outlined by the officers of the French clubs and Helen lean Attwood, Mary Ellen Pendleton, and Blaine Nicholson were students appearing in musical summers at the festival.
