Their first activity was the Ball State Band Day at Ball State Teachers College in October. Next they tackled a fall concert in November. The deco- rations were very nice and added a great deal to the success of the concert. The big event of their year is the band contest in March, which means many rehearsals and hard work for a few weeks. The band then has to get ready for their annual Spring Concert in April. They plan many new and different phases which may insure more enthusiasm from the public. The band climaxes the year by playing for commencement. sz Compliments of BROWN'S TV SALES G SERVICE -112-I Kr' VTUST Ffcivvg I--ft to light: i . Cunnznqham, M. Selmer, P. Davis, K. Lewandowski.
