The Board of education believes this to be of such importance SCHULZE, Vice-Presidentg MR. BROUK, Member. that it plans to incorporate a program within the policies of the Board to make certain community communication is not forgotten incoming years. The need for new and additional facilities to ac- commodate the growing number of R-1 students is a forever-present problem.
