Darlene Wade is secretary to Dean Beem and Mr. Hoffman, and her duties include taking care of the schedule cards, perm- anent records, the files on the teacher placement bureau, veterans' papers and secretarial work. We wish to thank Darlene for the kindness and patience she has extended to us throughout the year. Donna Roberts, new to the secre- tarial staff this year, has duties which range from requisitioning yearly supplies for the office and faculty to answering telephone and student questions. We wish to welcome Donna to MCJC and thank her for her patience and help to the student body. .-Q Mrs, Youngerman is the secretary to the MCJC Adult Education Depart- ment. Her duties consist of aiding Mr. Eddings in maintaining an effi- cient program. Mrs. Youngerman plays an important part an the office team, and we wish to thank her for her service. 130
