Her Senior Aye ar- tendants were Elaine Burrow and Marilyn Monahan. Nor.l1 Hollywood Parl: was the rendezvous where picnic- hungry seniors dined on hot dogs and ice cream. After the food, the cnergetic seniors indulged in relay races, dashes, and obstacle races fwith hurdlesl. Oopie Benson acted as Master of Ceremonies. Rhapsody in Blue on two pianos played by Ruth Dunbar and Mr. Harry, a Latin tango performed by Emma Kogle and Jimmy Harrison, a quartet composed of Lillain Herron, Gaylon Gothridge, Patty Porter, and Leona Gulcciardo singing Whispering, a portrayal of the bathing beauties in the song By the Sean done by Joyce Newcomer, Janice Newcomer, Yvonne De La Vergne, Ann Rossetti, and Leona Gucciardog a skit entitled. The False on the Top-Notch Floor f50 years agoj containing such talent as Donna May Ryan, Bette Richard, Lois Cramer, Diana Jameson, Marianne Edwards, Stewart Held, Ralph Emerson, Bob Hartman, and Russell Schoengarthg a facetious ballet featuring Annella Bassett as the dancing girl and Oopie Benson as the Sultan in the times of Scheherazad.e g and a humorousskit clone to the song The Old Chaperonv by Bev Ford, Ron Heggland, Bob Binder, and Sid Bass, all combined to give a great program to introduce the Class of Winter '48, ELAINE ELLIE KATHY VTEUGENE BILL LOIS BETTY CARLA oi-when Urea BURROW CARR CORWIN cox CRAIG CRAMER caocman cUMM1Ns DAVIDGE oE Joam

Chinatown was the theme of the prom given by the senior B,s for the senior A's on the night of January 17. Dancing to Stanley Carle's orchestra, eating rice cakes under the Chinese decorations, streamers, and dim lights will be some of the treasured memories of the class of W '48. On the Sunday before graduation, the class gathered for the traditional Vesper Service, arranged by Stewart Held and Lillian Herron and directed by Don Paglia, featuring the Boys' and Girls' Glce Clubs, and the orchestra. Solos were sung by Ruth Dunbar, Kathy Corwin, and Ralph Emerson. Readings were given by Don Paglia and Stewart Held.
