Miss Roma June Burt is secretary to C. E. Strange. She takes dictation, types business letters, and does the general office work. Miss Burt is in charge of the faculty pay roll, the daily bulletin, and taking care of students' insurance. Mrs. Hazel Fisher is the school treasurer. All school funds and money collected or paid out for any purpose must pass through her hands. She also types up the honor rolls at the end of each six weeks. Mrs. Connie Miller answers the telephone, does photostating, types the eligibility list for sports activities, and does general clerical jobs. Miss Margaret Tomlinson, school registrar, keeps the records of the school and gives valuable service in outlining the course of study to students who need guidance. She also attends to the transfer of all credits to other high schools and colleges, and checks the juniors' and seniors' credits.
