Cross Country Sends 5 To State North's successful year in Cross Country showed through by sending five men to State. Galin Gunnink placed ninth followed by Walter Snodgrass, Bob Margeas, Bradd Provorse, and Todd Hawthorne. The J.V. squad also had a good year by taking second place in the city. Volleyball Girls Volle y To Sta te North's first volleyball team had a successful year. Winning most of their games, the squad went to the State tourna- ment.
