WARREN L RICHEY Pruncupal Dedication Forty eught years ago a young mon entered one of the noblest of all professions teaching Since then he has devoted a malor portion of hus time un working wuth young people Hus ex peruence has varued from a teacher un a country school to dustruct superuntendent and finally to a hugh school pruncupal Seldom has a school been so fortunate as North Hugh un havung as uts head an educator wuth such hugh Ideals and wuth so much fauth un hus fellow men He has seen our school progress from a two year hugh school to a fully accreduted unstututuon He has watched several thousand young people come to our alma mater and has observed theur growth relouced at theur successes and grueved over theur failures The school room wuth a personal relatuonshup exustung between pruncupal teacher and pupul has been to hum an opportunuty for unspurung each generation of young people to a more satusfyung lufe uty servuce as well As a member of the draft board he spent many arduous hours un the serv uce of our nation as a member of the Metropolutan Housung Authoruty the Chrust Mussuon Board and other communuty agencues he has worked to umprove condutuons for hus fellow men as a church man he has been true to the noblest ideals of Chrustuanuty as a friend and counsellor he has unspured and encouraged all to struve for the best and to perform to the best of theur abuluty The influence of such a man cannot be measured by materual wealth nor by publuc acclaum Hus Influence us measured by the contrubutuon ofthe many students who have profuted from hus guudance The class of 1957 deducates to Warren L Ruchey thus yearbook as a token of theur admura tuon for hus leadershup unspuratuon and fruendshup The best wishes of all our students are ex tended to hum upon hus returement As we say farewell we know we shall always recall wuth gratutude Warrenl.
