HOMECOMING 1987 Mike Emo takes Junior class royalty. Jessica Ferrell and Kal Russell, for a spin In the gym. Roman Empire' Stevens signs his name on the Royal Scroll for the king and queen In President. Terrell Martin and Vice President Jenny Dobovsky proudly represent the Junior class as they M.C. for the Homecoming Coronation. HI Just sneak away from the battle , says Roman Stevens as Jeff Mlncey blocks for Dodrtc Henderson. assurance of his best effort at the Homecoming Game. Tarik Propes shows his Polar Power as he fights to recover the ball. Homecoming Is a combination of past traditions and new ideas. This year the traditional coronation, pepfest, game, and dance were held. A new idea was that each class decorated a golf cart for the coronation and parade. Another idea that seemed to work was a wall of football players formed around the candidates to prevent the winners from being trampled. Although the way that we celebrate homecoming may change as new ideas are combined with the best traditions, one thing that will never change is POLAR PRIDE!!
