Assistant Principals Handle Student Problems Mr. Walter Rock, one of North' Assistant principals, says that he finds his work very invigorating. North is a school with unique students who show individuality, openness and honesty when dealing with fellow studonts and faculty. I this really our punijhment? Mr. Dean Berntsen. another of North’s Assistant Principals has found North to be a wonderful experience. Ho feels that each student is an individual in the way he thinks and acts. North offers a variety of English classes; thus the student has a choice. He must taVe three courses during his high school career. These include creative writing, reading for pleasure. American and regional American literature, reading and newswriting. There are three levels of English open to students. They are Survey English, a basic course, and honors English offered to students who have special talents in this subject.
