LUNCHROOM STAFF Mrs. Alma Lcdding, Mrs. Helen Schimmel, Mrs. Gloria Ernsten, Mrs. Emma Moran, Mrs. Mary Erickson, Mrs. Edna Kalberg, Mrs. Marie Griswold, Mrs. Beverly Peel, and Mrs. Julia Haynes, keep Polarville well nourished. MAINTENANCE STAFF Settled. Ronald Maas, Dave Curry, Mrs. Bessie Olson, Edwin Ready, Arthur Pederson. Standing, John Swanson, John Burns, Carl Nelvik, Willard Tcmtc, Robert Reilly and Frank Swanson, work hard to keep the school in shipshape condition.

North's counselors are assigned to each class to assure maximum assistance to each student. Standing, Mr. Joseph Anfinson, seniors: Mr. Lellwyn Anway, |uniors; and Mr. Gordon Thompson, sophomores. SeMtd, Miss Viola Marti, sophomores; Mrs. Lillian Wikroan, juniors. Special Consultants Ease Life at North Checking out books is one of the major jobs of Miss Toon and Mis Ulvestad. North's librarians, Helen Ulvestad and Mclitta Tonn, arc in charge of maintaining a library that will be helpful to any student or faculty member desiring to use it. They aid students in finding books and reference materials needed to complete assignments. Miss Dargay checks a student's pink pass. Mrs. Zens checks a student s file Miss Helen Dargay, the nurse at North, has many tasks to do. Besides taking care of excusing students who become ill during the school day, she must arrange for the physicals given to all athletes. Hearing, sight, and tuberculosis examinations for the student body are also arranged by the nurse. Mrs. Mary Ellen Zens, North's visiting teacher, is helpful to students with problems in school or at home.
