 Mr. Anway, the Boyi' Counselor looks over information on vocations for boys. He interviews many boys looking for part-time jobs. Boys looking for information on vocational opportunities or educational counseling find just the help they need from Lellwyn Anway, Boys' Counselor. Mr. Anway also works with the student testing programs. Mrs. Mary Ellen Zens, our understanding visiting teacher listens sympathetically to students with problems within the home. By visiting the home, she aids in whatever way she can in correcting the difficulties for both the student and his parents. Probably the most visited person at North is the nurse, Helen Dargay. She re-admits students who have been absent and excuses students who feel ill. The eye and ear tests, and X-rays are given under her supervision. Doing an excellent job in the library are Helen Ulvestad and Melitta Tonn. They help students find everything from books for pleasure reading to pamphlets and magazines for research work. Page 16

How could our school run so smoothly without the services of our custodians, cooks and office staff? The custodians headed by Edwin Ready, begin their day much earlier than most of us think, in order to keep our building warm and clean. Mrs. Miller and her office staff are kept busy with the paper work involved in running our school. Mrs. Erickson, along with the other cooks keep our students well fed.
