In addition to research material, there is also available a large selection of current fiction and periodicals. ENGLISH It is through the study of English that the student comes to a realization of the .ist insight into human nature to Ik found in literature. By studying Shakespeare, Chaucer, anti the other masters down to the contemporary Carl Sandburg and James Thurber he learns of the varying trends in man's thinking and ways of living. In the study of the English language itself, the student learns to express himself accurately and concisely and to communicate more easily and fluently.
