Annual Staff “Meet your deadline'' were the words of Mildred Read, annual adviser. I he deadline was met by eating, sleeping, talking, and thinking annual as the deadline neared. This yearbook is proof of the hard work and time devoted to it by the staff anti Miss Read. Special credit should be given to Miss Read whose unfaltering patience and zeal inspired the staff. It was no easy task for her to put out the annual as this is her first year at North. Like any achievement that is truly worthwhile, the work was discouraging at times, but the reward and satisfaction arc great.
