The plot is based on the adventures and misadventures of Miss Tommy Billings, a small town junior miss who has seen too many movies for her own—and everyone clsc's—good. Lovable, hut over-imaginative, Tommy manages to get everyone in hot water in her eagerness to make them “happy. However, when the wealthy spinster.
