latest men s fashions, such as bunny fur vests and knickerbockers such as those worn by the salesmen Mrke Futchx Dennis Christian George Fisher, and Jerry Harwood Passed B111 jeray S jewelry, wh1ch had a special on Kathleen Kron s KooKoo Klocks Each clock contains a live cuckoo bird caught by big game hunters Tom Ferr1ck Andy Hamko Allan K1ng, and B111 Hoge Stopped 1n at B111 Pachnowskl s Putt Putt Shop wh1ch sells every kind of transportation ve hlcle from a pogo stick to a large donkey Among the sales men who were willing to demonstrate the merchandlse were Gary Kokotec Frank Little, by Janet Burch Decided to spend the evening at home watching telev1s1on That f1ne comedy show, V1rant s Var1et1es, starring Bob V1 rant, the ventrlloquist The show was sponsored by the Carol Smiley Secretarial School, which boasted such f1ne rnstructors in their coast to coast schools as Laveme Vemer, Pat Hogg 174 Eileen Hunko, Donna Isele, Dotty Konro Marilyn Hallck G1or1a Hambrecht Barbara Lar1ck Sue Hamilton and Brenda Wilson Among the school s courses are How to Marry the Boss s Son, and How to Sit on the Boss Lap In the late even1ng stillness I read Like magazine, which featured this week Woody Fulton s picture story of Russell Francis the U S Foreign Mrmster to the Back of Beyond Enjoyed very much Gary Perkin s story on England s Tea Dr1nk1ng Marathon Among the winners in two recent marathons were Elalne Vura who had out talked any other woman and Diane Whmnery who had outlasted all her opponents by f1ve minutes 1n the Bunny Hop Noticed an advertlsement for Nancy Murphy s Modellng School which pictured among 1ts teachers Pat Forbes Carol Hartung Rita Kalmar Pat Koutnik Beverly Lear Carolyn Kramer and Carol Faflik The top models of today had studred at IhlS school wh1ch offers such courses as How to Look L1ke a Bean Pole Read an article on Ron Pizmoht s Pep Pills It was said that no more was ever heard about their aches and ills from the people who took pep pills lt IS the year 1968 and the members of the class of 58 are to be found most anywhere dorng most anythrng If your curlosrty leads you to w1sh that you knew more about the late antrcs of the class of 58 read these pages taken from the recently publrshed drary of a member of th1s class Adda Bogun February 29 1968 Havmg returned from a prolonged stay on the moon I decided to spend a few weeks rn the company of my former school mates I boarded my collapsrble helrcopter de srgned by Elena Martrnez and was soon at the Lost Natron Alrport There I ran rnto Burton Schwartz and B1ll Jams who were workrng on a satellrte to go around the solar system rn 80 days Passlng through the busrness sectron I not1ced that many of my former classmates were pleasrng the con sumers w1th frne products From the greenhouses of Tom June and Carol June came June s Roses The favonte beverage of teenagers was Eddre s Coker n Cola Drove past the offrces of the Helen Presley Perfumery Some of those employed to SI11ff up the rare SPECIES of wrld geranrums used by the perfumery were Pat Blake Betty Bullock D1ane Zmger Pat Brent Lenore Adams Maureen Button Pat Wadley Joan Brunetz Paulme Zempel and Carol Canllo Comb1ned wrth these geranrums were the now extmct dandelrons dug up by Judy Parent and Margre Lucas The new rnsectrcrde for k1l11ng all bad l1ttle germs was Irene the Germ Krller Dropped rn at Thelma Tanka s Tea Company that employed such experts as Tom Beal Wrley Cox Donna Evans Sandra Alexander Hal Dretz Dorothy Drnday and Tom Gerald to fmd those t1ny lrttle tea leaves Over rn sunny Spam Nancy Pferfle was learmng the tender art of bullfrghtrng In town I prcked up a newspaper To my surpr1se I no trced that Gary Ahart Terry Baller and Carole LaVerne a had rmpressxve by lmes these days Especrally enjoyed Pr1sc1lla Ruddlck s feature on the women s page Your Supper From One T1n Can Also found an excellent amcle about Oluo s senators Roger Dus1 and Dave Bond D1s covered that Jay F 1CkeS had become a mult1 mrllronarre ro ducmg the favorrte chrldren s toy the NAUT Notrced two loafers on the corner Oh!
