Marching Band 'FW his ' Ma W T-i ',:g:m5 ' 'Q vi-vp' One of the hardest working or- ganizations of North High School is the marching band, under the able direction of Mr. Charles Ruddick. This ambitious group of musicians begins its strenuous program in August. They start off with a week of marching practice at Camp Chi- biabas, and they continue to have weekly rehearsals until the end of football season. Leading the band at each half- time show were Drum Major Wayne Makowski and the five peppy ma- jorettes - Priscilla Ruddick, Diane Radebaugh, Pat McLaughlin, Die- dre Haag, and Linda Saler. Assisting the Senior Majorettes were the junior Majorettes - Kay Pierce, Sue Fumess, Reta Ladd, Karen McElhaney, and their drum major Danny Schulz.
