5 .ffl BOARD OF EDUCATION S 1 3 I Qi U IUVV U Y C i MR. WILLIAM G. ENGLAND Supervisor of Business and Maintenance Dr. Edgar 4Boell, Mrs. Richard Brockett, Mr. August Puester, Mr. George Naples, Mr Lawrence Grew, Chazrman, Mr. Christian Engelhardt, Mrs. john Cipollini, Mr. Thomas Buchan. INIR. CHARLES T. ST. CLAIR Superintendent SUPERINTENDENTS MESSAGE To the members of the Class of 1958 we offer congratulations as you approach one of the memorable occasions of your lives. Graduation represents a goal for which you have been working ever since you first entered school some twelve years ago. Many times, twelve years from now, you will look back with pleasure and satisfaction upon the ceremonies of graduation. What makes these few days so important? Grad- uation is symbolic of knowledge, of maturity, of progress. This is indeed commencement - of man- hood and womanhood, of individual freedom and individual responsibility. This occasion marks clearly the time when you must begin to live independently with courage and self-reliance. These days are not like other days, but are unique in their meaning to you and to us. You have increased in wisdom, in strength, and in integrity in the security of home and school. Guard these traits well, foster them, nourish them, for you will need them constantly as you take your place as an adult in society. Although the future holds countless challenges and problems, you are well prepared. We expect great things from you and wish you continued success and good fortune! .F Mr. St. Clair greets Betty Gillson, student teacher
