Although the Girl's Basketball team did not win a game this season, they played each game with the determination to win. The team's losses were not totally their own fault. When you only have a six person team it is hard to win, stated senior Tonya Friday. Amy Mitchem added, We need more girls to come out next year. The B0y's ,I.V. Basketball team also had a disappointing season. They started out strong, but later fell into a slump. The team has played many close games, but came up short in most of them. I feel my team has played hard in every game and they have im- proved as the year went along, stated Coach Hartley. Overall, the J.V.'s had a 6-I5 record, which placed them sixth in the con- ference.
