Theylve Got Drive Determination was a great factor in mold- ing the golf team. They practiced every day after school and practiced on their own time as well. One golfer who benefitted from all of this dedication was Perry Bundy. He earned the Most Improved for the team. 'fl went to the course on weekends to practice and it helped me out in the matches, stated Bundy. Chris Brooks and Richard Parker pushed each other to do better. They helped each other improve on their mistakes thus allowing them to make it to the sectionals. Chris helped me with what I was doing wrong, said Parker. The season was full of birdies and bogies. The team finished seventh in the conference. It had better matches when Richard Parker, this yearls MVP, was a medalist. The team strove to get better but just didn't play con- sistantly.
