It was formed in the fall of the year under the supervision of Mr. Adcock. The club was allliliated with the Junior Classical League, a national organization of Latin and Greek Clubs. The officers were: President, Mary Jo Delyea, Vice Presidents, Jett Merten, and Carrol Wray, Secretary, Carl Goldhammer. The main proiect of the club was its Roman banquet held in May. This was a very successful altair which copied the original Roman style in every way possible. The second year students, along with various dignitaries, were the guests served by the tirst year students who acted as the slaves. Money for this project was raised through several doughnut sales. 25
