The victors were as follows: Presi dent, Walt Mathews, Vice President elect, Mike Hiatt, Mary Jo Delyea received the post of Secretary, Treasurer was Eddie Mansell, and Dee Ann Hazard was named Historian. Some of the pictures included on these pages are from the campaign for class officers held earlier in the year by the Sophomore class. The pictures represent a small selection of the different types of posters that filled our halls during this period of excerising our democratic rights, Campaign speeches were numerous and varied in moods. As usual, campaign promises and facts reigned. All in all, each campaign week was filled with wonder and suspense until the results were finally announced. Such demonstrations in political practices should give North Eugene l-ligh the proper start toward future Student Government.
