i Food Commando . lYho are the Food Commandos? Everyone who has a part in the growing. harvesting. processing and delivery of vital foods. As the war has progressed with our bases and fighting fronts extending to all parts of the Globe: with the need of food by our allies. who are making sueh a splendid tight against the Axis: with food rationing in eIi'eCt we now realize the vital part that food has in this war of survival. XVe must have more food to supply our allies and our fighting men to give them the strength. stamina and energy 'to earry on the tight. A three months supply of food for one of Uncle Sams soldiers ineludes lift quarts of fruit juiees and 22 pounds of sauees. jams and jellies.
