PARTY ANIMALS! This year was a year for change for the NDHS yearbook staff with new advisor, Mrs. Deborah Taylor. A few changes and adjustments had to be made because of the loss of our yearbook hour. This was the biggest blow because we had to work during our lunch hour, on weekends, on our free time, and even the first part of the summer. lt got tiring at times and we wanted to just throw it all away, but we kept reminding ourselves of what the fi- nal product was going to look like. When we first came together as a yearbook staff, the hardest part was getting used to each other's habits, good and bad. Of course there were a few arguments here and there, but they always man- aged to work themselves out. Jus- tin probably had to do the most adjusting being the only guy on a staff full of girls. We had to do a lot of fund raising this year because of the increase size of the yearbook. The staff had many different fund raisers that range from dances to candy sales, to a booth at the carni- val. This yearls theme, Celebrate '88, was chosen because we believe a year at North DeSoto High School is more than just work, it's a lot of fun, almost like a party where all your friends are there to study with you, laugh with you, cry with you. fHey it's my party and l'll cry if l want toll, or just be there to talk with. The 1987-88 yearbook staff sincerely hopes you like our theme choice and that you enjoy this year- book. From all the staff- We Love You and are proud to be a part of this memory!
