Troy Pouncy. , 1-1th-Gwen Clay, escorted by her cousin, Mr. Season Premiere HOMECOMING i '85-'86 North DeSoto High School's first football home- coming ceremony on Sep- tember 21, 1985 was the dawn of a new tradition. Each young lady in the court was selected by ,her class as the one being best qualified to till the position ot maid. A senior was selected to represent N.D.H.S. as the very first football homecoming queen. This was atso the ,first year that the ladies of the court asked a family member to es- Al e girls cort them. l th tire, some even topped off with a hat to match. Mr. Bry- ant and Mr. Robison present- ed our queen with a bouquet ot redroses and a stunning crown. The court was then escorted offwthe field to their seats on the sidelines. Over- all, the ceremony went won- derfully. Our special thanks to Mrs. Rabalais for her ef- forts toward a very successful 1985-86 homecoming.
