A thriving club now consisting of forty active members has been built. The progress and success is no doubt due to the combined efforts of sponsor and society to accomplish something definite in the literary lineg to create and promote ideals5 and to afford not only worthwhile information and instruction but also pleasure for the girls of North Dallas High School. The programs held every week are extremely interesting and in- structive. Lives of great authors are discussed and their Works studiedg current topics are giveng debates are held and speeches made. VVith such Wholesome programs the interest has increased and with it the number of members. Frequently enjoyable entertainments are held, at which the boys, literary society is present also. These entertainments vary from luncheon spreads to Weiner roasts. - At the Klub Karnivnl, the Delphian had a booth Worthy of com- mendation.
