While the Association is one organization for all Alumni, no class loses its individual identity. The Seniors of June, IQ25, make the fifth P class to be graduated. Each one has left gifts to the school, lasting ex- Q pressions of the appreciation its members feel for all that North Dallas T has meant to them. : 1 The Alumni publication, The Cozlzptm, is issued twice each year. It 6, is a welcome messenger bringing news from all of us to all the TCS-I of us, 5: its name symbolizes the purpose of the N. D. A. A., as the needle of a Q compass points northward, so is the work of the Alumni directed toward North Dallas. The Comparr expresses anew all the things We associate with our school-its ideals, its activities, its progress, the loyalty we felt for it and will always feel. There are two annual occasions for the Alumni and Seniors to be together-the Banquet during the Christmas holidays, and the Breakfast at Easter. The last banquet was held at Stoneleigh Court, December 29. lt was an affair long anticipated and long remembered, the spirit of fel- lowship found in reunion was an inspiration. Comstock Y esterday, Today, Tomorrow - - Elmore Whitehurst When the toastmaster called upon our sponsor, lVIiss Flemma Snidow, she responded with a message as sincere and inspirational as it was beau- tiful. Among the sincerest speeches was Mr. Brown's expression of our deep sense of the loss of Clara Niendorlf and Finley Eastland. The Easter Breakfast was held at the Lakewood Country Club. lt helped to perpetuate our custom of commemorating the sacred day with a beautiful service and the renewal of fellowship. No tribute can sufliciently express our appreciation of the incompar- able sponsor whose encouragement and inspiration have guided our plans. We are sincerely grateful for the privilege of maintaining such an Asso- ciation. The Alumni pin, a small Viking ship, with the letter A as guard, is not supplanted even by fraternity and sorority pins.
