SOPHOMORE BRAVES Here begins the second year at the Longhouse. The days pass quickly as the brave spends many hours be- fore the campfire and in consultation with his elders to overcome the Bad Spirits. More and more he be- comes a part of the Legend, its pow wows and contests for both mind and body. Through mistakes as well as correct actions, he benefits. The goal can be reached by efforts and desires. As the second year is completed, the brave looks for- ward to becoming a more important warrior.
