His days as a high school student were spent at Lyman Hall High School in Hall County. He received his bachelor's degree from Mercer University and his master's degree in English and School Administra- tion, as well as Educational Specialist degree, from the University of Georgia. His teaching experience includes four years in Hall County and five years in Fayette County, followed by his work in Jonesboro. Mr. Lancaster's reputation for hard work came with him to our school, and we have seen many positive changes at North Clayton since he arrived. He feels the faculty, students, and parents have made this NEW BEGINNING possible and, with their continued help, sees an unlimited future for North Clayton.
